I can gently direct and set up scenarios to create natural-looking moments, or I can move through the space and document real interactions as they happen. I’ll capture a mix of individual moments and different groupings, allowing your team to work normally between shots. During the planning process we’ll discuss the types of stories and situations that we should capture.

I’m mindful of time and how teams operate. The shoot is planned so it fits smoothly into your day, with flexibility built in. For longer shoots with a focus on capturing behind-the-scenes moments, people can step in and out as needed. I’ll adapt to your schedule while keeping everything on track.

After the shoot, I’ll carefully review and curate the images, selecting the strongest photographs that best reflect your team and brand. These are then lightly edited to ensure a natural, consistent look. You’ll receive a password-protected online proofing gallery where you can select your final images. If any additional refinements are needed, I’ll take care of those before delivering the final files. You can expect the proofing gallery within three weeks of the shoot, and the fully edited, high-resolution images (optimised for both web and general use) within one week of receiving your final selections.
