SLEEP COACH

For this session with sleep coach, Lisa Carpevi, we captured a variety of stories that captured her personality and the routines that are important in her business, for her clients and for herself. We wanted to capture natural, professional portraits, coaching (online and in-person), giving a presentation to a group, relaxing and mindfulness, ice bathing, journalling and many more. The location, Smådalarö Gård & Spa provided a stylish, harmonious environment for the photos that included Lisa’s brand colours.
